Doctor dies after Monkey B virus enters China
The corona virus originated in China. So after the corona, the virus that spreads from monkeys has entered China. The virus is called Monkey B. Not only that, this deadly virus has killed one person in China. The whole world is worried now that the virus has taken a toll.
The virus has killed a veterinarian. A veterinarian in Beijing was infected with the Monkey B Virus. The 53-year-old veterinarian was working for an animal research organization, according to a report in China's Global Times. This doctor had done research on 2 dead monkeys in March.
After researching on monkeys, they began to experience nausea and vomiting. The doctor was later treated at various hospitals. However, he was pronounced dead on May 27. Meanwhile, it has come to light that no one close to him or his family members have been infected with the virus.
The virus first appeared in 1932. According to reports, the virus is likely to be spread through direct contact or exchange of physical secretions. The mortality rate of this virus is known to be 70 to 80 percent.
